Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows:
Clients who cancel on the same day as their appointment or fail to show up will be charged the full cost of the scheduled services.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation fees will apply.
Refund Policy
Service Satisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your technician immediately during the appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns on the spot.
We do not offer refunds but will work with you to rectify the issue, which may include a complimentary touch-up or a discount on your next service.
Prepaid Packages and Gift Certificates:
Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or applied to a different service of equal or lesser value.
Deposits:
All services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if the cancellation policy is adhered to.
General Policies
Client Readiness:
Please ensure that you are ready at the scheduled appointment time and have a suitable space prepared for the service. Delays caused by client readiness may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other appointments.
Health and Safety:
If you have any health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform us prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health risk.
Technician Safety:
Our technicians have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment. Any form of inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.
